Job Summary

A webinar marketing solutions provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Platform Support Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Troubleshooting, resolving, and documenting technical issues
  • Participating on the emergency escalation line
  • Documenting tickets managed in the support system

Qualifications for this position include:

  • At least 2 years of work experience in customer support
