Job Summary

An American software company is in need of a Telecommute Platform Technical Account Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Managing customer cases and maintain clear and concise case documentation
  • Performing technical reviews and share knowledge to actively identify and prevent issues
  • Performing initial or secondary investigation and respond to online and phone support requests

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Must be able to visit customers as needed
  • Bachelor's degree in a technology-related discipline
  • 5 years of Linux or UNIX system administration and platform experience
  • Previous experience in a technical support, software development or engineering, or quality assurance organization
  • Technical knowledge of the Linux kernel and Linux file system
