Job Summary

A travel company is seeking a Telecommute Port Agency Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Hiring and training new seasonal employees for both ports
• Meet with outside vendors to ensure all procedures are in place for upcoming season
• Preparing all entrance and clearance documents necessary to clear the Vessel

Required Skills:

• Ability to arrange for hospitalization, medical consultations and related transportation of officers and crew
• Ability to assist passengers, officers and crew left behind in arranging transport to next port of call
• Ability to facilitate ongoing and constant discussions with Stevedoring Supervisor & Passenger Agents throughout the day
