Job Summary
A financial services company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Portfolio Level Agile Coach.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Provide Agile leadership, coaching and education to leaders, teams, and individuals throughout the enterprise
- Leverage Agile practices to model how work flows through the system
- Coach and partner with Executives, Product Management, Product Owners, IT leads, and other stakeholders
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Able and willing to travel up to ~10% of the time
- Minimum of five years Agile Coaching experience
- Minimum of two years’ continuous experience as an Agile Coach of senior leadership in a large corporate setting
- Experience with Scaled Agile required
- A proven track record of portfolio level Agile transformation required
- At least two years foundational experience as an IT Delivery Lead, Release Train Engineer or Agile Product Manager is also required
