A software company is seeking a Telecommute Practice Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing a team of employees by providing goals, feedback, development, and continued learning
- Providing technical leadership and guidance to the team to ensure projects are completed within expectations
- Collaborating with direct team members, Project Managers, and peers to align with established goals
Position Requirements Include:
- BS degree and 5+ years of experience, with 3+ years of people management experience
- Timekeeping or HR/Payroll/HCM domain experience strongly preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the track record of driving change and process improvements
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and changing environments
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to work as part of a project team
- Excellent written and verbal communication
