Job Summary

A software company is seeking a Telecommute Practice Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing a team of employees by providing goals, feedback, development, and continued learning
  • Providing technical leadership and guidance to the team to ensure projects are completed within expectations
  • Collaborating with direct team members, Project Managers, and peers to align with established goals

Position Requirements Include:

  • BS degree and 5+ years of experience, with 3+ years of people management experience
  • Timekeeping or HR/Payroll/HCM domain experience strongly preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with the track record of driving change and process improvements
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and changing environments
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to work as part of a project team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
