Job Summary
A staffing company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Pre Sales Engineer Manager in Minneapolis.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Partnering with the Regional Sales Director to achieve the regions revenue and other financial metrics
- Coaching each member of the team to achieve their full potential
- Establishing companys brand as an emerging market leader within the region
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Travel: 30%
- Bachelors degree (BS/BA) or Equivalent experience
- Proven track record (5+ years) of building, leading and motivating a High Performance Technical Team
- 5 to 10 years of experience supporting a field sales organization selling and deploying Storage market solutions
- 5+ years of Pre-Sales Engineer experience, deep knowledge of Virtualization & Storage Market required
- Demonstrate a track record of personally designing and demonstrating POC s for large Enterprise accounts or Service Providers
