Job Summary

A staffing company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Pre Sales Engineer Manager in Minneapolis.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Partnering with the Regional Sales Director to achieve the regions revenue and other financial metrics
  • Coaching each member of the team to achieve their full potential
  • Establishing companys brand as an emerging market leader within the region

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Travel: 30%
  • Bachelors degree (BS/BA) or Equivalent experience
  • Proven track record (5+ years) of building, leading and motivating a High Performance Technical Team
  • 5 to 10 years of experience supporting a field sales organization selling and deploying Storage market solutions
  • 5+ years of Pre-Sales Engineer experience, deep knowledge of Virtualization & Storage Market required
  • Demonstrate a track record of personally designing and demonstrating POC s for large Enterprise accounts or Service Providers
