Job Summary

A pharmaceutical services company is filling a position for a Telecommute Primary Care District Business Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Motivating, training, and coaching sales team to meet goals and objectives through influencing behavior
• Actively reviewing, maintaining, and preparing reporting documents, including forecasts, pipeline, market, competitor, lead generation and strategic initiatives reports
• Conducting and/or evaluating market research including customers and competitor’s activities

Required Skills:

• BA/BS with 7-10 of experience or MS/MBA with 5-7 years related experience or an equivalent combination of training and related experience
• 3+ years of District Management experience in pharmaceutical sales
• Proven consistent documented sales results
• Demonstrated strong ability to assess and develop people
• Proven strong business acumen and understanding of customer needs
• Data analysis experience with the ability to translate findings into sales strategies
