Job Summary

A health insurance company has a current position open for a Telecommute Primary Registered Nurse Case Administrator I in Chicago.

Must be able to:

  • Perform concurrent review, discharge planning and care coordination
  • Identify alternate treatment programs
  • Consult with physicians, providers

Required Skills:

  • Ability to attend training in the Chicao area
  • Registered Nurse with current, valid, unrestricted license in state of operations
  • 2 years of clinical practice experience with direct clinical care to the customer
  • 1 year experience in Condition Management or Case Management
  • PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, MS Outlook, and database experience
  • Familiarity of ancillary services including HHC, SNF, Hospice, etc
