Job Summary

A managed healthcare and insurance company is in need of a Telecommute Principal Cisco Network Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Developing innovative approaches
  • Reviewing the work of others
  • Serving as a leader / mentor

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years work experience with Cisco IOS / NX-OS
  • 5+ years of routing experience
  • 4+ years of configuring switches with layer 2 and layer 3 VLans, trunking, and high availability options
  • 4+ years of configuring, installing, and troubleshooting routing and switching
  • Experience working within an Enterprise size network
