Job Summary
A streaming services developer needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Principal Customer Engagement Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Develop and manage strategic communication plan including MBRs and QBRs
- Navigate and utilize complex customer organization structures
- Work with both iSP teams and customer
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to travel
- 5+ years of experience complex program management
- Experience in working with technical teams and program engineers
