Job Summary
A cloud customer experience platform needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Principal Project Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Leading and managing multiple internal software delivery and business related projects
- Managing risks, issues and customers to ensure smooth delivery of projects
- Providing effective, accurate and timely communications to all stakeholders
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Operations Management or related field or equivalent experience required
- PMP certification is required
- 12+ years experience of managing multiple concurrent IT/software projects
- Must have experience managing large scale projects
- Previous experience with crisis management
- All other technical requirements necessary for this position
