Job Summary
A cloud communications company is filling a position for a Telecommute Principal Technical Support Engineer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Represent the needs of the Customer Support Team
- Provide Design for Supportability input to the product team
- Ensure the best customer experience through self-service tooling and diagnostic capabilities
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Travel required up to 5% of the time for regional training and trips to HQ
- 2+ years on the front lines of a customer support organization
- Web development experience (HTML, JavaScript)
- Experience with HTTP/REST APIs, Network troubleshooting, and SSL/TLS certificates
- Passion for sharing knowledge and experience with others through coaching and mentoring
- Passion for measurement, metrics, and driving continuous improvement across the organization
