A non-profit religious organization is filling a position for a Telecommute Process Management Senior Manager.

Must be able to:

• Act as an advocate for children
• Contribute to or prepare and administer the annual budget and departmental expenses
• Select, manage, and develop assigned staff

Required Skills:

• Must maintain a personal relationship with Jesus Christ
• Bachelors degree OR equivalent year for year experience
• 15+ years of experience in process management
• 5+ years of experience managing a team
• Blackbelt certification with demonstrated project implementation
