Job Summary

A financial technology firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Product Design Lead.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Leading a team of designers working on B2B and B2C customer applications and experiences
  • Partnering closely with our Product Managers and Owners
  • Building, documenting and maintaining documentation of the UI/UX research

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor's degree (or an equivalent degree) in Design, HCI, or a related field OR
  • Equivalent professional experience in the design field
  • 7+ years of experience in product design and UI/UX
  • 2+ years of experience managing a design team
  • Portfolio demonstrating strength in visual and user experience design
