A software firm focused on helping companies understand legal documents is seeking a Telecommute Product Designer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Manage, mentor and inspire a team of product designers
- Lead the design process and actively contribute to evolving process, tools
- Partner with product and engineering to engage in prioritization and influence product direction
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5+ years of experience designing tools, workflows, analytics, or other technically complex products
- 2+ years of experience coaching or mentoring designers
- Experience with planning long-term strategy and design team for scale
- Strong portfolio of relevant design work
- Experience with highly complex product architectures
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain reasoning behind complex decisions
