Job Summary

A product innovation company is filling a position for a Telecommute Product Liability Senior Counsel Member.

Must be able to:

• Manage claims and complex litigation
• Provide back up to in-house regulatory lawyers
• Provide products liability advice relating to research and commercialization

Required Skills:

• Ability to travel up to 20%, including some globally
• Admitted to a U.S. state bar as an active member
• Juris Doctor
• A minimum of 10 years experience as an attorney
• At least 5 years of product liability experience in-house or as outside counsel
