Job Summary
A medical technology company is in need of a Telecommute Product Support Engineering Hardware Specialst.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing remote and on-site technical support
- Troubleshooting, repairing and debugging complex systems
- Generating service requirements and associated documentation
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to provide on-site technical support to engineers and other personnel
- Meets all Vendor Credentialing requirements necessary to gain VMS client site access
- Proficient in utilizing business tools such as: E-mail and Microsoft Office
- Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP product and productivity software
- Associates degree, technical training, or military experience with electronics
