Job Summary

A medical technology company is in need of a Telecommute Product Support Engineering Hardware Specialst.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing remote and on-site technical support
  • Troubleshooting, repairing and debugging complex systems
  • Generating service requirements and associated documentation

Position Requirements Include:

  • Ability to provide on-site technical support to engineers and other personnel
  • Meets all Vendor Credentialing requirements necessary to gain VMS client site access
  • Proficient in utilizing business tools such as: E-mail and Microsoft Office
  • Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP product and productivity software
  • Associates degree, technical training, or military experience with electronics
