• Leading a small team of professional development specialists in a region
• Defining and implementing professional development processes between teams
• Collaborating to improve the new client onboarding process and materials

• Travel up to 40%, possibly more during July – November
• Bachelor's degree required
• 3+ years of experience working in K-12 classrooms
• 2+ years of experience working in educational professional development environment
• Demonstrated success working in a cross-functional environment
• Demonstrated success working with clients to reach their desired goals
