Job Summary

An IT firm needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Professional Services Lead.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Planning and coordinating customer engagements from business and technical perspectives
  • Identifying customer pain points, their needs, and success criteria
  • Resolving complex search issues involving Solr or Elasticsearch

Qualifications for this position include:
