Job Summary

An education company is in need of a Telecommute Professional Services Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Oversee implementation and development of projects
  • Monitor and drive supervisors and staff performance
  • Address any customer satisfaction issues

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 4+ years' prior experience in a client services role
  • 4+ years' prior experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) products
  • 2-3 years' prior managerial experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Previous CRM experience required
