Job Summary

A managed cloud computing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Professional Services Technical Writer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Identifying opportunities to simplify the lives of other team members through better documentation
  • Coaching team members on ways to improve their writing skills
  • Working with other team members to proofread and edit documents

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 5+ years of business experience
  • Expert knowledge of documenting proposals and statements of work, customer communication, and developing policy and procedures within a Professional Services team
  • Demonstrated proficiency in writing in multiple styles and for diverse audiences
  • Ability to handle short-term deliverable timeframes
  • Strong communication, organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing communications, advertising, English, journalism or related field
