Job Summary
A managed cloud computing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Professional Services Technical Writer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Identifying opportunities to simplify the lives of other team members through better documentation
- Coaching team members on ways to improve their writing skills
- Working with other team members to proofread and edit documents
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5+ years of business experience
- Expert knowledge of documenting proposals and statements of work, customer communication, and developing policy and procedures within a Professional Services team
- Demonstrated proficiency in writing in multiple styles and for diverse audiences
- Ability to handle short-term deliverable timeframes
- Strong communication, organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing communications, advertising, English, journalism or related field
