Program Manager and Program Coordinator

Program Manager responsibilities:
The Program Manager works closely with the other Client Services team members in the development and coordination of all client projects to include publication planning, promotional education, KOL engagement and other projects or programs. The Program Manager is responsible for assisting with proposal development, financial tracking/reporting/budgeting, project timelines and management and maintaining project status reports. The Program Manager ensures that all project elements are implemented according to the Scope of Work (SOW) outlined in Proposal for Services on time and within budget. The position is also responsible for all communication to the client base related to projects, budgets, satisfaction, site visits and contract issues.
Education and Experience
Education: Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university, advanced degree a plus
Experience: Minimum 2-4 plus years of project management experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry, including development of budgets, timelines and a record of successful delivery of projects to clients.
Scientific ability: Individual should have the ability to review and comprehend scientific literature in many therapeutic areas and apply information to project needs as appropriate and discuss relevant concepts with clients.

Program Coordinator responsibilities:
The Program Coordinator provides administrative and additional organizational support to assigned team and project related personnel for the implementation of cost-effective, on-time delivery of programs/projects. This is a junior-level position in the healthcare communications industry with excellent growth and career development opportunities.

Education and Experience:
BA/BS degree (life sciences major a plus) and 1+ years administrative experience
MS Office, Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook, Office 365 experience a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently; self-motivated
Ability to participate and interact effectively on a team
Flexibility and ability to travel
Ability to multitask
