A pharmaceutical services company has a current position open for a Telecommute Proposal Management Director in Johnson City.

Must be able to:

• Oversee the preparation of quotations for protocols, bid requests, study revisions and additions
• Assist in monitoring pricing practices to determine accuracy and relevance to study type
• Make recommendations based on established financial and operational criteria

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or 8 years related experience required
• Strong negotiation skills, excellent management skills and analytical skills
• Must learn quickly and possess excellent research skills
