Job Summary
A staffing agency has an open position for a Telecommute Provider Data Performance Manager in Mount Tabor.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Monitoring, reporting, and communicating process flow for intake of data and timeliness of processing
- Helping resolve and drive solutions for data collection
- Leading efforts on the technical side for process improvement
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5 years of project management experience and member encounter/clinical data experience
- Client relationship management skills and understanding of HIPAA and PHI compliance
- Ability to manage multiple implementation projects at one time
- Ability to effectively implement and lead change management
- Experience with Outlook, Excel, Power Point and good communication skills
- Proficient at using SharePoint
