Job Summary

A provider of behavioral health services is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Provider Experience Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Lead process improvement process to improve data quality and standardization of processes
  • Facilitate development and delivery of job aids for production operational users
  • Manage implementation claims audits to identify and facilitate changes to provider experience processes

Qualifications Include:

  • 5+ years within a healthcare organization supporting operations
  • 5+ years experience supporting provider call center or claims
  • 5+ years within a healthcare organization supporting provider configuration and pricing
  • A BA/BS degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience
  • Highly skilled with managing, configuring and analyzing large data sets
  • Experience in delivering business systems
