Job Summary

A health service company is in need of a Telecommute Provider Operations Coordinator.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Support quarterly provider data validation process
  • Maintain detailed documentation about provider requests and contract change
  • Assist with mailings, follow up calls, reporting, and tracking to support market and network opportunities

Required Skills:

  • Requires a high school diploma. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Background of 2-3 years in healthcare or managed care preferably in a Network Management
  • Strong knowledge of Excel preferred
  • Database and analytical tool experience highly desirable
  • Ability to balance multiple competing priorities simultaneously
  • Be a proactive, self-driven approach to executing strategic and daily work is essential
