Job Summary

A financial services company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Provider Support Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Maintaining an orderly workflow according to priorities
  • Compiling and reviewing reports when requested
  • Supporting implementation of new product and service offerings

Qualifications for this position include:

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience
  • 2- 4 years' experience as a customer experience specialist, provider support role, or a similar
  • Preferred experience in Provider Networks, Long Term Care process/services
  • Ability to switch gears and take on various administrative tasks as requested
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and CX and CRM software
  • Inbound and Outboard call environment experience
