Job Summary
A financial services company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Provider Support Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Maintaining an orderly workflow according to priorities
- Compiling and reviewing reports when requested
- Supporting implementation of new product and service offerings
Qualifications for this position include:
- BA/BS or equivalent experience
- 2- 4 years' experience as a customer experience specialist, provider support role, or a similar
- Preferred experience in Provider Networks, Long Term Care process/services
- Ability to switch gears and take on various administrative tasks as requested
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and CX and CRM software
- Inbound and Outboard call environment experience
