Job Summary

A staffing agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute PTCB Pharmacy Technician in Orlando.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Partnering with pharmacist and RN to determine the best process to handle each situation
• Making 80+ out bound calls to patients regarding the use of their medication
• Helping improve the health of members by problem solving issues with the medications they are taking

Required Skills:

• MUST HAVE ACTIVE PTCB/NHA Certification
• MUST HAVE 3+ Years of Pharmacy Technician Experience
• Must have a designated office space (per HIPAA compliance)
• Must have reliable internet/connection speeds
• Can select shift between the hours of 9am - 9pm EST, Mon - Fri, must work 40 hours
• Call Center Experience in a Pharmacy Setting Preferred
