Job Summary

A public relations company is filling a position for a Telecommute Public Relations Manager in the San Francisco Metro Area.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Handling day-to-day account management
  • Participating in the development of PR plans
  • Developing key messages for organizations

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Ability to travel approximately 20% of the time for client meetings/events
  • Minimum of five years paid experience in public relations
  • Existing relationships with local and national media contacts
  • High comfort level with social media
  • Familiarity with Cision, Vocus or similar tools
  • Comfortable and artful managing client expectations
