Job Summary
A financial indemnity company has an open position for a Telecommute Quality Assurance Financial Specialist II.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Conducting timely reviews of policies written
- Providing leadership, guidance, and training to peers, internal staff, and field customers
- Sharing observed trends in performance to identify training needs
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Experience in Claims/Sales/Agency/Service capacity within an insurance environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to successfully complete HIPPA certification annually
- Ability to multi-task and manage several systems on a daily basis
- Ability to coach and mentor others and handle confidential performance issues
