Job Summary

An IT service management company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Quality Assurance Reviewer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Reviewing premium audit reports and attachments
  • Determining if report’s content includes all information required
  • Evaluating report content and format while managing the release to and billing of the Insurance Carrier

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and customers
  • Knowledge and understanding of generally accepted accounting and bookkeeping practices
  • Have the ability to multitask and handle time sensitive urgencies
  • Must have basic knowledge in use of computers and general office equipment
  • Ability to evaluate information contained in report and determine if it satisfies procedures, policies, and requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years Premium Audit experience
