Job Summary
An IT service management company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Quality Assurance Reviewer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Reviewing premium audit reports and attachments
- Determining if report’s content includes all information required
- Evaluating report content and format while managing the release to and billing of the Insurance Carrier
Qualifications for this position include:
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and customers
- Knowledge and understanding of generally accepted accounting and bookkeeping practices
- Have the ability to multitask and handle time sensitive urgencies
- Must have basic knowledge in use of computers and general office equipment
- Ability to evaluate information contained in report and determine if it satisfies procedures, policies, and requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years Premium Audit experience
