Job Summary

An insurance company is in need of a Telecommute Quality Assurance Specialist II.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Lead, conduct or participate in a variety of Branch Office claim audits
  • Complete post-audit rebuttal discussions and prepare formal audit report
  • Present findings and resolves audit disputes in a professional manner

Qualifications Include:

  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time to other company and vendor offices
  • 5+ years experience in handling Workers’ Compensation claims
  • Regulatory and compliance expertise in applicable states
  • Demonstrated experience with project management
  • Ability to gather and analyze data.and be proficient in Excel and Word for Windows
