Job Summary

A mortgage services company has an open position for a Telecommute Quality Control Underwriter in Brecksville.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Perform pre-funding reviews of assigned samples of live loan files
  • Underwrite loans
  • Prepare reports of pre-funding reexamination results

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • A minimum of 3 years of underwriting experience in the retail mortgage lending industry
  • Strong working knowledge of HUD/FNMA.FHLMC/VA Eligibility guidelines
  • Ability to create reports with large amounts of data in Excel or Access
