Job Summary

A nonprofit healthcare provider is filling a position for a Telecommute Quality Monitoring Specialist in Milwaukee.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Developing and maintaining after-call survey questions
  • Developing and maintaining scoring
  • Evaluating quality for one or more contact types

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Ability to analyze trends and data and display in a statistical format
  • Typically requires 5 years of experience in a call center, service desk, and/or customer service environment
  • Diplomacy and tact in dealing with management, staff, and customers
  • High School Graduate
  • Demonstrated ability to identify gaps in service quality, problem solve, and educate on quality/process improvement
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Excel, Access, and Word
