Job Summary

A humanitarian organization has a current position open for a Telecommute Real Estate Asset Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Leading, managing and driving and obtaining assets LOB concurrence for projects
• Managing the Asset Management portion of the implementation of real estate strategies
• Developing problem resolution along with interdependencies and risks and escalates

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor degree in Project Management, Finance or Real Estate, equivalent work experience
• 7+ years relevant planning and project management work experience
• Real Estate, Facility Management, Operations experience preferred
• Preferred PMP certification
• Demonstrated skills in managing multiple projects cross-functionally
• All other requirements necessary for this position
