A real estate company has an open position for a Telecommute Real Estate Staff Appraiser.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Completing real estate appraisals that are compliant with the law
- Ensuring the highest level of appraisal quality
- Collaborating effectively with internal customers
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel locally
- Certified Residential or Certified General Appraiser license in good standing
- FHA Approved appraiser in good standing
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in completing residential real estate appraisals
- Proficiency in the use of electronic communications, appraisal software and hardware
- Broad residential knowledge of properties and market factors
