Job Summary

A software company is in need of a Telecommute Recreation Reservation Agent.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Ensuring course calls are answered as efficiently and effectively as possible
• Successfully booking golfers tee time requests
• Collecting customer data

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• One - two years’ experience in a customer service environment or equivalent experience and/or education
• Experienced with general computer navigation skills
• Computer hardware and software must meet the employer's minimum technical requirements
