Job Summary
A staffing agency needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Recruiter.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Performing full lifecycle recruiting which includes advanced direct sourcing capabilities
- Managing daily information
- Resolving problems
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Open to some travel, less than 5%
- 2 years of experience in recruiting for retail positions
- Proven success in full cycle recruiting in a high-volume environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong sense of urgency, organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office programs
