Job Summary

A healthcare company has an open position for a Telecommute Recruiter.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Scheduling interviews for qualified candidates as directed by the Recruiting Coordinator or Assigned Recruiter
• Managing job requisitions by responding to and qualifying Employee Referrals or leads regarding open opportunities
• Screening inbound applicants and determine if they are quality applicants based upon their application

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Attend recruiting, staffing and corporate meetings on weekly basis
• Some college
• Must be adept in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
• Must have strong, positive communication skills
