A marketing SaaS company is in need of a Telecommute Recruiter.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing and executing recruiting plans
- Sourcing and attracting candidates by utilizing databases
- Networking through industry contacts, association memberships, social media and employees
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 2+ years proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house or agency)
- Proficient demonstrated knowledge of HR databases, ATS and CMS
- Aptitude towards Human Resources/People focused operations
- Knowledge with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Docs/Spreadsheets
- General experience working in an office or human resources environment (1-3 years)
- Demonstrated ability to recommend and learn new systems
