Job Summary
A privately-held insurance brokerage company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Recruiter.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Interviewing a high volume of candidates for potential fit with the company
- Ensuring candidates are moved through the hiring process in a timely manner
- Presenting and closing offers with an aggressive close ratio
Position Requirements Include:
- 2+ years of successful high volume recruiting/inside sales experience
- Experience using an ATS/CRM
- Proficient in Microsoft office & G Suite
- Ability to hit aggressive quotas in a self-driven environment
- Understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and candidate needs
