• Provide a consistent and positive hiring experience to both candidates and hiring managers
• Effectively evaluate candidate technical skills
• Manage multiple searches and be agile as priorities for hiring evolve across the company

Required Skills:

• Experience in a recruiting or talent acquisition setting
• Proven abilities to attract passive candidates by using creative sourcing methods
• Experience partnering with hiring managers, interviewers, and team members as a trusted resource
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• An understanding that independence is important, but teamwork is critical
