Job Summary

A market research company is in need of a Telecommute Recruiter in Charlotte.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Recruiting qualified candidates in order to meet criteria for specific client focus groups
• Determining qualified or not qualified candidates for the group based on client screening instrument
• Making cold calls as needed on some projects

Qualifications Include:

• Ability to commit to a specific work schedue on a quarterly basis
• Ability to work a part-time, flexible schedule with hours that may vary and include some nights and weekends
• Ability to communicate daily with Project Managers
• Ability to schedule and follow up confirmation for qualified recruits for study dates set by the client
• Ability to update participant database information
• Ability to attend regular recruiter meetings via on-line virtual web cast
