A software company has an open position for a Telecommute Recruiter in Herndon.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Sourcing candidates on both popular and niche platforms
- Coordinating with hiring teams to prioritize requisitions and critical skill sets
- Working with hiring teams to develop and maintain interview kits
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or similar field
- 2-4 years of experience working as a recruiter
- Experience in full life-cycle recruiting managing high volume roles simultaneously
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Excellent time management skills
