Job Summary

A software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Recruiting Coordinator.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Managing hiring plans, scorecards and interview team information
  • Scheduling all candidate interviews, both onsite and remotely over Zoom
  • Partnering with recruiters to create a communication strategy

Qualifications Include:

  • Travel may be required to oversee onsite interviews
  • Around 1 year experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or a similar role involving heavy scheduling
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Serious attention to detail - the “little things’ are important in this role
  • An understanding of urgency, and an ability to prioritize while maintaining attention to detail
  • Any prior data analysis, reporting, Greenhouse or Excel experience a plus
