A software company has a current position open for a Telecommute Recruiting Coordinator in San Francisco.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Owning all aspects of scheduling each step in the hiring process
- Gaining a high-level understanding of the workflow and meeting prioritization
- Collaborating with recruiting and other internal teams
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

- 1-2 years of professional work experience in an office environment
- Strong attention to detail, a methodical approach to organization
- Excellent communication skills, written, in-person, and over the phone
- A proactive mindset, anticipating needs and removing roadblocks before they arise
- A knack for building rapport with a diverse group of people and working cross-functionally
