Job Summary
A talent solutions specialist is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Recruitment Consultant.
Must be able to:
- Identify and assess candidates
- Conduct initial phone screens
- Facilitate interviews and gather feedback from clients and candidates
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience
- Proven ability to successfully perform all aspects of recruiting
- Ability to execute recruitment strategies, including clear articulation of RPO and client relationship
- Demonstrated computer proficiency, including intermediate MS office skills
- Experience working in an applicant tracking system and a strong social media presence
