Job Summary

A workforce outsourcing solutions company has an open position for a Telecommute Recruitment Solutions Account Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Identify new and/or additional business opportunities with existing client(s)
  • Manage relationships with client(s)
  • Drive performance through establishing and upholding performance metrics

Qualifications Include:

  • 5 years of experience delivering recruitment solutions in an outsourced model
  • Experience in a multi-client environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle highly sensitive/confidential information
  • Ability to demonstrate critical thinking based on in-depth data and substantiating information
  • Expert proficiency with electronic recruiting resources
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products
