Job Summary
A cloud-based technology software solutions provider is in need of a Telecommute Refunds Quality Review Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Performing quality review to assure adjustments, rebills and refunds are completed accurately
- Making procedure recommendations and updating procedure documents
- Identifying potential deficiencies in processes via analysis and trends
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High school education
- 2 years of DME/Respiratory or Enteral experience
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and databases
- Excellent written communication skills for documenting notes
