Job Summary

A skills-based education resource is in need of a Telecommute Regional Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Overseeing day to day activities of multiple campuses
  • Owning key performance indicator achievement
  • Hiring, training and developing managers

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Must attend class events, demo days, and class launches
  • Must reside in Southern California, Arizona or Nevada
  • 4-year college degree required
  • 7+ years of experience in managing, launching or scaling a business
  • 5+ years of experience in managing a team
  • 2 + years managing a team of multiple locations
  • Evening/weekend availability
